As soon as we receive the order we immediately send it to production. so you can have your product as soon as possible. It takes between 30 and an hour for your order to start printing. during this time you can cancel your order. when the order changes its status to print. the order can no longer be cancelled.


Follow the steps below:


1.- Go to My Account and go to Order History.

2.- Find the order you want to cancel and click on "Cancel order"

3.- Confirm and you are ready.


You will receive an email with the confirmed order


Your money will be automatically refunded.

The transfer usually takes only a few hours, but sometimes due to the different banking systems it can take up to 5 business days.

It is always important to verify the address before completing an order. If the address is wrong or you just want to change it to another address.

We package each product manually and check the product again to avoid any errors. But it can happen that a product with an error can pass our quality control. No problem. We cover 100% the refund or the change of product.

To proceed with the guarantee we need some details:

1.- Order ID
2.- Description of the problem
3.- Photos of the problem (some mobile phone photos that show the problem)

Once our support team confirms the order and the problem. You will receive an email to make the refund or change of product.

We cannot resend the order if it was not delivered and back to us. all undelivered orders are automatically recycled.
